History: Hikari was found as a baby in the woods outside of konohagakure when the 2nd hokage became hokage.She had wierd abilities and excelerated thru the ninja acadamy very quickly.She graduated at age 5 and skipped chunin and went straight to jonin at age 9.When she hit age 10 she found out that she had a new kekkei genkei and named it gaidokugan(viruseye) it allows her to move at a speed thats not visible to the human eye maybe even byakugan and sharingan.It also gives her green chakra and allows her to plant a virus in peoples chakra.First u must send ur geen chakra into the opponent and every time he or she tries to use ninjutsu or genjutsu an excrutiating pain takes over there whole body or the person from the hitaraki clan can just make the tiger hand seal with one hand and the pain will take over them.
