Discription: Gaidokugan(viruseye) allows the user to move at a speed thats not visible to the human eye maybe even byakugan and sharingan.It also gives the user green chakra and allows the user to plant a virus in peoples chakra.First the user sends green chakra into the opponent and every time he or she tries to use ninjutsu or genjutsu an excrutiating pain takes over the opponents whole body or the person from the hitaraki clan can just make the tiger hand seal with one hand and the pain will take over them.

Maybe only the advanced members that are capable of this ability will be able to use the speed that is unseen by Sharingan.
But, that'll have a condition too: Sharingan with 3 Tomoe (3 black marks around the eye) are able to see the moving player, as Sasuke was able to see Naruto (Kyuubi) moving with amazing speed.
