Personality:Hikaru is a strong type thats cool but hes not like that always only when on missions and fights and stuff.He's fun when not on missions but still has that cool thing while being fun.

History:He was the genius of his class in the acadamy he easily became a genin at age 5 and a chunin at age 9 he has lots of techniques most of them he got by eavsdropping on training.He learned chidori that way.His dad died in the war with the cloud village when hikaru was 4.His moms always been there for him along with the rest of the hitaraki clan.He became a jonin at age 14 then aimed straight for hokage.He learned gaidokugan(his clans kekkei genkei) at age 10 and advanced his abilities in it.His mom also trained him in medical jutsu.
