Personality: Nice, Kind, Caring, a bit Shy. Although, he's brave and will protect anyone he cares about.

History: Born to two parents died in a speical mission given to them by the Kazekage while he was 3, and from that time he's surviveing by stealing. While living alone, he learned Fuuton techniques, and those are his speicals. His Sensei says that the fact that he lives by stealing helps him with sneak attacks and he's identified by the name Wind Shadow. Now, after he graduated from the student academy in the Sunagakure, he wants to make friends with his teammates and jounin Sensei. Shikai was great among speed and Fuuton techniques.

After a long while of training, Shikai has became a Chuunin, Jounin and eventually - the Kazekage. As he grew stronger to protect the village more, Shikai also got popular among the villagers. He helped the new Academy Students in controlling their Chakra, hanged out with anyone that requested to and also helped in building the village itself. He has stopped stealing from every place since becoming a Chuunin and has gained full trust from his village.
