Village:it started in Kirigakure(Hidden Mist) but now its at Konoha

Members: Hiro

Creator:Kenji Arjan

History:Kenji Arjan was the creator of the Arjan Clan.The Arjan clan used to be from the mist village but the arjan clan migrated from Kirigakure to Konoha.The Arjan clan was knowen for there water jutsu attacks but when they migrated they started to pick up other jutsu.
